OWENSBORO, Ky. (3/19/13) – As part of the ramping up of work on the new roundabout at the intersection of Ky. Hwy. 56 and Ky. Hwy. 81 at the southwest edge of Owensboro, Worthington Road will be closed to all traffic at the intersection with Ky. Hwy. 56 on Saturday, March 23.

This closure is to allow a sub-contractor to place a water line underneath Worthington Road. Worthington Road should close at this site about 7:00 a.m., CST, and remain closed until about dark.

There should be no impact to traffic along KY 56 or KY 81.
