WEBSTER COUNTY, Ky. - Paul Wayne Lovan, 83, of Clay, KY passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at 9:00 AM at Shemwell Health Care in Providence, KY.

He attended White Oak General Baptist Church in Clay, KY and was a coal miner for 40 years.

He is survived by 2 Daughters- Laura Phelan of Cedar Knolls, New Jersey, Donna Reed of Providence, KY 2 Sons- Norman Lovan of Roswell, New Mexico, Billy Black of Julian, North Carolina and 11 grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, March 30, 2013 10:30 AM at White Oak General Baptist Church in Clay, KY with Billy Parish officiating. Burial to follow in White Oak Cemetery in Clay, KY

Visitation will be Friday, March 29, 2013 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY and Saturday morning from 9:00 AM til service time at White Oak General Baptist Church in Clay, KY.
