Donald Gordan McCarty, 78, of Greenville, KY

WEBSTER COUNTY, Ky. - Donald Gordan McCarty, 78, of Greenville, KY passed away Monday, April 15, 2013 at 6:41 PM at Muhlenburg Community Hospital in Greenville, KY.

He attended Powderly United Methodist Church in Powderly, KY. He was also a member of Jachin Masonic Lodge #739 in Clay, KY. He was a drag line operator in the coal mines.

He is survived by 1 Daughter-LaDonna Jones of Owensboro, KY 1 Son-Randy McCarty of Greenville, KY and 4 Grandchildren-Ashley Lauren McCarty, Randy Michael McCarty, James Tyler Jones and Logan Asher Jones.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, April 18, 2013 3:00 PM at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY with Bro. Carl Duggar officiating. Burial to follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Clay, KY

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 17, 2013 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Gary Funeral Home in Greenville, KY and Thursday morning from 10:00 AM til service time at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, KY

Memorial contributions may be made to Muhlenberg Community Hospital Memorial Fund, P.O, Box 387, Greenville, KY 42345
