Cristina Bass, 41, of Madisonville was arrested on July 24 for Theft by Deception Include Cold Checks under $500.00 and Failure for Owner to Maintain Required Insurance/Security. The arresting officer was Falon Devore.
 
Heather Wayman, 19, of Madisonville was arrested on July 24 for No Operators/Moped License. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
 
Timothy Taylor, 36, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on July 24 for Fugitive from Another State. The arresting officer was Heath Owens.
 
Stephanie Empson, 30, of Princeton was served an arrest warrant on July 24 for Another Police Agency (Caldwell County). The arresting officer was Daniel Cavanaugh.
 
Kevin Westby, 38, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on July 24 for Failure to Appear in Court. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
