mpd arrestlog6 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (8/5/13) – On Monday, August 5, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 20 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Whitney Merril, 43, of Evansville Indiana was served an arrest warrant on August 2 for Failure to Appear. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.
 
Byran Adams, 34, of Madisonville was arrested on August 3 for Alcohol Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.
 
Steven Gatten, 42, of Madisonville was arrested for Resisting Arrest. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
 
Jermaine Stafford, 24, of Earlington was served an arrest warrant on August 4 for Failure to Appear. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
 
Jamie Wharton, 37, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 4 for another police agency (Simpson County). The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
 
Phyllis White, 58, of Madisonville was arrested on August 4 for Harassing Communications, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. The arresting officer was Daniel Cavanaugh.
 
Rhonda Springfield, 49 of Madisonville was arrested for Theft by Unlawful Taking/Disp. – Shoplifting. The arresting officer was Heath Owens.
 
Edward Taylor, 57 of Hanson was arrested for Theft by Unlawful Taking/ Shoplifting over $500.00. The arresting officer was Richard Cobb.
 
Joshua Scott, 21, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 3 for Non-payment of Fines, Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence_ with Minor Injuries, Criminal Mischief and Receiving Stolen Property under $10,000.00. The arresting officers were Richard Cobb and Jared Ward.
 
Gary Phillips, 36, of Central City was served an arrest warrant on August 3 for another police agency (Muhlenberg County). The arresting officer was Jared Ward.
 
Edward Pierce, 24, of Memphis Tennessee was arrested on August 3 for Attempt/Obtain Control Substance by Fraud/False Stat/Forgery, Criminal Possession of a Forged Prescription and Illegal Possession of Prescription Blanks. The arresting officer was Heath Owens.
 
Obryan Phipps, 21, of Madisonville was arrested on August 3 for Failure to Wear Seatbelts and Operating on a Suspended/Revoked Driver’s License. The arresting officer was Heath Owens.
 
Matthew Chaney, 21, of Madisonville was arrested on August 3 for Possession of Marijuana. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
 
Bryon Gaithen, 30, of Providence was served an arrest warrant on August 3 for Failure to Pay. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.
 
Jonathan Ford, 32, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 3 for another police agency, Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess. The arresting officers were Daniel Cavanaugh and Sean McCance.
 
Donna Gibson, 22, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 3 for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
 
Alishia Sharp, 28, of Evansville Indiana was served an arrest warrant on August 2 for Contempt of Court. The arresting officers were William Strader and Corey Miller.
 
Connie Love, 46, of Madisonville was arrested on August 2 for Theft by Deception Include Cold Checks under $500.00. The arresting officer was Falon Devore.
 
Leshea Scott, 25, of White Plains was arrested on August 2 for Fugitive from Another State. The arresting officer was Sean McCance.
 
Chester Goff, 31, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on August 2 for Failure to Pay. The arresting officer was Daniel Cavanaugh.
