Owensboro Police Report--Sept. 4, 2013

opd arrestlog3 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (9/4/13) - The Owensboro Police Department reported the following criminal activity for Tuesday, Sept. 4:

Robert J. Lomax, of the 3600 block of Thruston Dermont Rd, was arrested at 3:09 p.m. on charges of Manufacturing Methamphetamines Second or Greater Offense, Knowingly Possessing Anhydrous Ammonia Out of an Approved Container with the Intent to Manufacture Methamphetamines First Offense, and Buying/Possessing Drug Paraphernalia.

Charles W. Daffron, of the 3800 block of Needleleaf Ct, was arrested at 2:55 a.m. on charges of Driving Under the Influence with a Suspended License First Offense, Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc .08 Second Offense, Possession of an Open Alcohol Beverage Container in a Motor Vehicle Prohibited, and Rear Lights Not Illuminated.

Bradley N. Mackey, of the 2000 block of Berwick Ave, was arrested at 12:22 a.m. on charges of First Degree Wanton Endangerment and Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs/Etc.
