Madisonville Police Reports – September 18, 2013

mpd arrestlog4 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (9/18/13) – On Wednesday, September 18, 2013 the Madisonville Police Department reported 15 instances of law enforcement activity.
 
Shelia Benton, 39 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 17 for Contempt of Court and Disorderly Conduct. The arresting officers were Jeff Ethridge and Tyler Russell.
 
George Martin, 19 of Madisonville was arrested on September 17 for Theft by Unlawful Taking, Falsely Reporting an Incident, Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
 
Thomas Morphew, 19 of Madisonville was arrested on September 17 for Theft by Unlawful Taking and Falsely Reporting an Incident. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.
 
Jeffrey Greenwell, 19 of Madisonville was arrested on September 17 for Operating a Motor Vehicle U/I of Alcohol/Drugs. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Timothy Dunbar, 36 of Madisonville was arrested on September 17 for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with No Visible Injuries. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.
 
Tristian Barnett, 24 of Hanson was arrested on September 17 for Assault in the 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) with Minor Injuries. The arresting officer was Falon Devore.
 
Kimberly Hill, 42 of Owensboro was served an arrest warrant on September 17 for Another Police Agency (Daviess County), Theft by Deception Include Cold Checks under $500.00, and Failure to Pay Fines. The arresting officers were Russell Nichols, Paul Haynie, Jeff Miller, Justin Jones and Falon Devore.
 
Chad Foster, 28 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 17 for Probation Violation. The arresting officers were Paul Haynie, Russell Nichols, Justin Jones and Falon Devore.
 
Roger McCarty, 33 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 17 for Failure to Pay Fines. The arresting officers were William Roundtree and Tyler Russell.
 
Capus Adams, 25 of Mortons Gap was served an arrest warrant on September 17 for Failure to Pay Fines. The arresting officer was Mark Conrad.
 
Christopher Loyd, 36 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 17 for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officers were Tyrone Gregory and Jeff Ethridge.
 
Aaron Richardson, 28 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 17 for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Whitney Villa, 23 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 17 for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.
 
Timothy MayPray, 53 of Mortons Gap was served an arrest warrant on September 17 for Non-payment of Fines. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
 
Marquise Radford, 19 of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant on September 17 for Contempt of Court. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.
