Pet Welfare Worker Attends Workshop

pup cute 300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (10/3/13) – Jennafer Chandler representing Rowdy Rescue in Slaughters and Natalie Ostrander representing the Hopkins County Humane Society attended a one-day workshop in Evansville, presented by Petfinder, the online database of adoptable pets. The workshop was hosted by Evansville Vanderburgh Animal Care and Control.
 
Topics included marketing online, networking with other adoption programs, training dogs for adoptability, and feline upper respiratory conditions and treatment. Speakers came from across the country to present the program.
