Phillip Dewayne Tyson, 28 of Rabbit Ridge, KY

HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. - Phillip Dewayne Tyson, 28 of Rabbit Ridge, KY, passed away November 12, 2013. Phillip was born December 31, 1984 in Madisonville, KY.

He is preceded in death by Phillip Fuller and Elvis Tyson Sr. He is survived by his parents Naomi and Elvis Tyson. Grandparents Ethel Wilson and Margaret Tyson. 2 brothers Ronald Cummings and Lee Tyson, 2 sisters Tanya Cummings and Traci Sloan. Nephews Tommy, Jesse, and Phillip Cummings and Christopher Sloan. Nieces Heather Cummings and Kaitlyn Sloan.

Visitation will be at Jones and Erdman Funeral Home Tuesday, November 19 from 12 until service at 1. Interment will be at Lafayette Baptist Church Cemetery.
