HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (2/6/14) — The Hopkins County Sheriff's Office released the following reports Thursday, Feb. 6.
Patty N. Tucker, 39, Clay, was charged Jan. 29 with following another vehicle too closely, no registration, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol, possession of a controlled substance/meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to wear seat belt, careless driving and operating a vehicle with expired an expired operator's license.
Billy R. Stevens, 76, Princeton, was charged Jan. 30 with three counts of sexual abuse, on a warrant for first-degree sodomy and on a warrant for two counts of first degree rape.
Ruth D. Frost, 52, Clay, was charged with speeding 10 mph over the speed limit, operating on a suspended/revoked operator's license and failure to surrender revoked operator's license.
Harold L. Anthony, 29, White Plains, was charged Feb. 1 with burglary and criminal mischief.
Joshua L. Scott, 21, Madisonville, was charged Feb. 1 with possession of a synthetic drug and public intoxication.
Milliard Chad Menser, 26, Nortonville, was charged Feb. 1 with fourth-degree assault/domestic.
Ashley L. Menser, 30, Nortonville, was charged Feb. 1 with fourth-degree assault/domestic.
Timothy Groves, 39, White Plains, was charged Feb. 2 on a warrant for criminal mischief.
James B. Loper, 35, Evansville, Ind., was charged Feb. 3 with alcohol intoxication, disorderly conduct and fourth-degree assault/domestic.
James D. Hale, 45, Manitou, was charged Feb. 5 with disorderly conduct.
