Hopkins County Sheriff's Office Arrest Log – February 14, 2014

arrestlog300HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (2/14/14) — The Hopkins County Sheriff's Office released the following reports Friday, Feb. 14.

Mark A. Thurby, 52, White Plains, was charged Feb. 5 with theft by deception/cold checks under $500.

Tammie G. Weaver, 42, Nebo, was charged Feb. 5 with contempt of court.

James D. Hale, 45, Manitou, was charged Feb. 5 with disorderly conduct.

James L. Gordon, 41, of Shelbyville, was charged Feb. 6 with second-degree arson.

Kevin B. Westby, 39, Madisonville was charged Feb. 8 with careless driving and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol.

Chad C. Smith, 41, Nebo, was charged Feb. 9 with two counts of failure to appear and second-degree forgery.

Samuel W. Sellers, 67, Henderson, was charged Feb. 12 with failure to pay.

Joshua Sneed, 35, St. Charles, was charged Feb. 12 with first-degree wanton endangerment.

Ronald Sneed, 68, St. Charles, was charged Feb. 12 with first-degree wanton endangerment.

Jeffrey W. Clark, 42, Graham, was charged Feb. 13 with public intoxication, trafficking in a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.

Bradley J. Furgerson, 35, White Plains, was charged Feb. 13 with failure to appear and failure to pay.
