mad pd arrest logMADISONVILLE, Ky. (3/7/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports March 7.

Scott A. Alexander, 32, of Madisonville was charged March 7 with drug paraphernalia-buy, possess. He was also served an arrest warrant for failure to pay fines. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

Harold L. Fox, 73, of White Plains was charged March 6 with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting under $500. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.

Robert J. Cannon, 20, of Earlington was served an arrest warrant March 6 for receiving stolen property under $10,000. The arresting officer was Ronald Latham.

David A. Cunningham, 39, of St. Charles was served an arrest warrant March 6 for receiving stolen property under $500. The arresting officer was Ronald Latham.

Daniel R. Hulsey, 27, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 6 for contempt of court, libel, slander. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.

Chastie M. Gatten, 31, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 6 for two counts of contempt of court, libel, slander. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.

Brian K. Welten, 34, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 6 for failure to pay fines. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.

Marcus D. Foster, 29, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 6 for contempt of court. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

Matthew Scott Reeves, 31, of Madisonville was charged March 6 for being a fugitive from another state. The arresting officer was Ryan Clark.

Christina Y. Bass, 42, of Madisonville was served three arrest warrants March 6 for a total of thirteen charges of theft by deception-including cold checks under $500. The arresting officer was William Strader.

Jonathon Stewart, 36, of Nortonville was served an arrest warrant March 6 for leaving the scene of an accident-failure to render aid or assistance. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.
