Madisonville Police Arrest Reports - March 21, 2014

mpd arrestlog5 300MADISONVILLE, Ky. (3/21/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following arrest reports Friday, March 21.

John D. Davis, 33, of Madisonville was charged March 20 for no operator's license. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

Ryan Bowman, 28, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 20 for failure to appear. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.

Timothy L. Cox, 33, of Owensboro was served two arrest warrants March 20 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.

Elvis Gipson, 37, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 20 for non-payment of fines and assault, fourth degree (domestic violence) minor injury. The arresting officer was Brandon Darnell.

Elizabeth N. Oglesby, 36, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant March 20 for failure to appear. The arresting officer was Matt Sanderson.

Kendall T. Ashby, 29, of Madisonville was served three arrest warrants March 20 for non-payment of fines. The arresting officer was William Strader.

Teresa A. Knight, 48, of Madisonville was served arrest warrants March 21 for two counts of non-payment of fines, and two counts of contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.
