Thomas ‘T.J.’ Tapp, 90, Henderson, Ky.

HENDERSON, KY. (4/3/14) — Thomas ‘T.J.’ Tapp, 90, of Henderson, KY., passed away at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn. Tuesday April 1, 2014.

He was a Lifelong Farmer and a member of the Corydon Missionary Baptist Church in Corydon, Ky. He was preceded in death by his wife Sue Tapp. Survivors include one son, Tommy D. Tapp and his wife Theda of Henderson, Ky., two granddaughters, Ember Tapp Campbell and Everly Tapp.

Services will be held Monday April 7, 2014 1 p.m. at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon, Ky., Rev. Todd Linn will officiate. Burial will follow in Fairmont Cemetery in Henderson, Ky. Visitation will be from 4 - 8 p.m. Sunday and from 8 a.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home.
