accident injuries amb 300HENDERSON, Ky. (4/8/14) – The Henderson Police Department responded to a report of an accident at 8 p.m. on April 3 in the 10 block of S. Green St., authorities said in a news release.

Jazzmynn Brown, 15, Evansville, Ind., Alexus Williams, Evansville, Ind., and Clarence Goodman, 20, Henderson, were headed south on S. Green St. as John Ebach, 44, Evansville, Ind., and Robert Bazan, 35, New Harmony, Ind., were headed north.

Authorities said “the driver of unit one,” who wasn’t clearly identified among the group traveling south, “thought she was entering a turn lane but entered the inside lane of oncoming traffic.”

The two vehicles collided head on.

Occupants from the southbound vehicle were transported to Methodist Hospital for treatment of injuries.

Police said an investigation of the accident is continuing, and that charges are expected to be filed pending the outcome of the investigation.
