Accident Injury 01 300HENDERSON, Ky. (4/8/14) – A passenger in one of two vehicles that collided in the 1900 block of U.S. Hwy. 41 N. in Henderson on April 2 refused transport to Methodist Hospital following the collision, Henderson Police said.

According to authorities, Elizabeth Grant, 72, of Henderson, was preparing to turn left into a public parking lot from the inside southbound lane when she apparently turned in front of Richard Heady, 48, of Clay. Heady attempted to avoid Grant’s vehicle but couldn’t, police said.

 

Monica Hazelwood, 79, of Henderson, was a passenger in Grant’s vehicle and suffered minor injuries.

No other injuries were reported.
