Madisonville Police Arrest Reports - June 2, 2014

mpd arrestlogMADISONVILLE, Ky. (6/2/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following reports Monday, June 2.

James Daniels, 51, of Madisonville was charged June 2 for alcohol intoxication in a public place. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Traci Laughary, 30, of Madisonville was charged June 2 for failure to signal, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of controlled substance. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Jimmy Maulding, 37, of Madisonville was charged June 1 for falsely reporting an incident. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Derek Lyell, 23, of Manitou was charged June 1 for careless driving, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia buy or possess and tampering with physical evidence. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Zachary Stanley, 21, of Dawson Springs was charged June 1 for public intoxication (excludes alcohol), possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia buy or possess. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Troy Cotton, 46, of Madisonville was charged June 1 for alcohol intoxication in a public place and resisting arrest. The arresting officers were Tyler Russell and William Roundtree.

Meredith Bowman, 38, of Madisonville was charged May 30 and May 31 for alcohol intoxication, public intoxication (excludes alcohol) and drug paraphernalia buy or possess. The arresting officers were Tyler Russell and Justin Browning.

Bobby Kittinger, 39, of Madisonville was charged June 1 for receiving stolen property under $10,000 and persistent felony offender. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.

Chelse Cunningham, 24, of Madisonville was charged May 31 for alcohol intoxication in a public place and possession of controlled substance. The arresting officer was Andy Rush.

Timothy Cotton, 41, of Madisonville was charged May 31 for alcohol intoxication in a public place and disorderly conduct. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Roy Beary, 55, of Madisonville was charged June 1 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, possession of open alcohol beverage container in vehicle. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Austin Williams, 22, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant May 30 for failure to pay and possession of cannabinoid agonists or piperazines. The arresting officer was Justin Browning.

Antonio Howell, 22, of Hopkinsville was charged and served an arrest warrant May 31 for Christian County and disorderly conduct. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Preston Lock, 22, of Greenville was charged May 31 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Aimee Wellman, 35, of Nebo was charged May 30 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

Samuel Kington, 19, of Madisonville was charged May 31 for alcohol intoxication in a public place. The arresting officer was Andy Rush.
