HENDERSON, Ky. – Roetta Martin, 92, of Henderson, Ky. passed away Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at Lucy Smith King Care Center in Henderson, Ky. She was a member of Watson Lane Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband James O. Martin in 2009.

She is survived by two sons, James Owen Martin of Newburgh, Ind. and Don Well Martin; six grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Thursday, June 5, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, Ky. with Rev. Hollis Marshall officiating. Burial will be in Big Hill Cemetery in Providence, Ky. Visitation will be Thursday, June 5, 2014 11:00 a.m. until service time.

Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Anthony’s Hospice Accounting Office, 2410 S. Green Street, Henderson, Ky. 42420.
