PROVIDENCE, Ky. – Carolyn Jane Whitledge Helton, 84, of Providence, Ky. passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at her home.

She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Madisonville, Ky.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Helton; and two sons Michael Ray Whitledge in 1947 and Benjamin Paul Whitledge in 2005.

She is survived by one daughter, Cindy Whitledge Williams of Providence, Ky.; one son, Rodger Williams of Providence, Ky.; four grandchildren, Katie Collins, Travis Williams, Lacey Whitledge, and Jack Cody Whitledge.

Graveside services will be conducted on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay, Ky. at 1:00 p.m.

There will be no visitation

Vanover Funeral Home is handling arrangements
