redcarpetOWENSBORO, Ky. (6/25/14) — The Mayor and the Owensboro Board of Commissioners invite the public to an unveiling ceremony for the Walk of Fame plaques at 11:45 a.m., Thursday June 26 at the corner of 2nd Street and St. Ann in front of Nona's Downtown Market.
