opd arrestlog1 300OWENSBORO, Ky. (7/9/14) — Owensboro Police Department reported the following recent arrests and citations:

Alyssa Sutherlin, 21, of Owensboro, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Wesley Ward, 35, of Philpot, was charged with two counts of theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500.

Leah Unsel, 50, of Owensboro, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500.

Chandler Powell, 20, of Owensboro, was charged with violation of a Kentucky EPO.

Freddie Greer, 43, of Owensboro, was charged with fourth degree assault.

Billy Elkins, 39, of Horse Branch, was charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (shoplifting) less than $500, carrying a concealed weapon, tampering with physical evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

George Devins, 46, of Owensboro, was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place.
