Stacey Dean Smith, 52, of Providence, Ky.

PROVIDENCE, Ky. – Stacey Dean Smith, 52, of Providence, Ky. passed away Thursday, July 24, 2014 at his home. He was a member of Church of Christ in Providence, Ky.

He was preceded in death by his mother Edna Mae Goad.

Survivors include three half-sisters Lisa Jennings of Mortons Gap, Ky., Shannon Mercer of White Plains, Ky., and Stephanie Scott of Madisonville, Ky.; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will be conducted Sunday, July 27, 2014 at Springdale Cemetery in Sebree, Ky. at 3:00 p.m. with Bro. Chip Palmer officiating.
