Timothy Wade Lewis, 20, of Clay, Ky.

CLAY, Ky. – Timothy Wade Lewis, 20, of Clay, Ky. passed away Thursday, August 15, 2014 at his home. He was employed with Strata Mining Services.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Leonard Lewis in 1995.

He is survived by one daughter Aleeya Michelle Lewis of Clay, Ky.; his father Tim Lewis of Clay, Ky.; mother Beth Lewis of Providence, Ky.; two sisters Melissa (Adam) Liechty of Paris, Ky. and Brandi (Kevin) Burnett of Providence, Ky.; and his grandparents Henrietta Lewis of Blackford, Ky. and Bob and Faye Greenwell of Sturgis, Ky.

Funeral Services will be Sunday, August 17, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Vanover Funeral Home in Clay, Ky. with Bro. Mike Putman officiating with burial in Oddfellows Cemetery in Clay, Ky. Visitation will be Sunday, 12:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
