mpd arrestlogMADISONVILLE, Ky. (8/25/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following reports Monday, Aug. 25.

Matthew Bean, 22, of Madisonville was charged Aug. 24 for operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license. The arresting officer was Falon Graham.

Johnny Middleton, 44, of Madisonville was charged Aug. 24 for assault in the fourth degree, domestic violence, with minor injuries. The arresting officer was Jeff Ethridge.

Johnathan Davis, 23, of Madisonville was charged Aug. 24 for possession of synthetic drugs and tampering with physical evidence. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Marvin Rice, 26, of Madisonville was charged Aug. 24 for operating on a suspended or revoked operator license, possession of synthetic drugs and fleeing or evading the police. The arresting officer was Tyler Russell.

Jarod Bowley, 28, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Aug. 24 for failure to appear. The arresting officer was William Roundtree.

Randi Carlisle, 24, of Madisonville was charged Aug. 24 for theft by unlawful taking under $500. The arresting officer was Tyrone Gregory.

William Ruckert, 27, of Madisonville was charged Aug. 24 for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The arresting officer was Justin Jones.

Dana Stanley, 22, of Earlington was served an arrest warrant Aug. 24 for violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO. The arresting officer was Jeff Miller.

David Cox, 22, of Madisonville was charged Aug. 23 for receiving stolen property under $500. The arresting officer was Paul Haynie.

Joshua Schneider, 30, of Dawson Springs was charged Aug. 22 for possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia buy or possess. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

Timothy Jackson, 55, of Madisonville was charged Aug. 22 for failure to wear seatbelt and operating on a suspended or revoked license. The arresting officer was Justin Browning.
