mpdMADISONVILLE, Ky. (9/4/14) — The Madisonville Police Department released the following reports Thursday, Sept. 4.

Travis Collins, 25, of Nortonville was served an arrest warrant and charged Sept. 3 for non-payment of fines and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license. The arresting officer was Jared Ward.

Victor Ratliff, 25, of Earlington was served an arrest warrant Sept. 3 for probation violation. The arresting officer was Clay Stroud.

Richard Franklin, 29, of Nortonville was served an arrest warrant Sept. 3 for probation violation. The arresting officer was Russell Nichols.

Chad Farley, 31, of Madisonville was served an arrest warrant Sept. 3 for failure to appear. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.

Charles Berto, 25, of Madisonville was charged Sept. 3 for theft by unlawful taking under $500. The arresting officer was Kyle Pharris.
