Douglas Eugene Frazier, 31, Providence

PROVIDENCE, KY - Douglas Eugene "Doug Doug" Frazier, 31, Providence, passed away at 11:03 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 24, 2011, at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.

He was a member of Marable Temple Church of God in Christ in Providence and worked as a contractor in Iraq with Kellog, Brown and Root Contractors and with Versakleen Cleaners in Providence.

Survivors include his parents, Douglas Frazier Sr. and Gwennette Broady Frazier of Providence; his fiancee, Sherrae Baker of Providence; one son, Trevor Baker Frazier of Providence; one daughter, Ary'Ah Dagene Frazier of Providence; one brother, Bryant Broady of Providence; one sister, Temeisha Frazier of Saint Louis, Mo.; one grandmother, Della Frazier of Providence; one great-grandmother, Minnie Woolfolk of Providence; nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Marable Temple Church of God in Christ in Providence. The Elder Ira Greg Hathaway will officiate. Burial will be in Williams Lawn Cemetery in Providence.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and after 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

Arrangements entrusted to Elliott Mortuary in Madisonville.
