Julia Adelle Konsler Wilson, 95, Corydon

 

obit6CORYDON, KY - Julia Adelle Konsler Wilson, 95, Corydon, passed away peacefully at 12:45 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2011, at her home.

She was a member of Corydon United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn A. Wilson, who passed away in 1987, and her parents, Anthony and Julia Griffin Konsler.

Survivors include two daughters, Sharon Sights and her husband, Russell, of Henderson and Susan McElroy and her husband, Martin, of Morganfield; one son, Steven G. Wilson and his wife, Billye Sharon, of Paducah; three granddaughters, Lisa Knight and her husband, Eddie, of Dixon, Lauren McElroy of Henderson and Sarah Wilson of Nashville; two great-granddaughters, Shelbye and Taylor Jepsen; nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home. Dr. Hollis Marshall will officiate. Burial will be in Fernwood Cemetery.

Friends may call after 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St. Anthony's Hospice.
