2cloudsDIXON, KY - Margie Yates McKinley, 78, Dixon, passed away Thursday, Dec. 8, 2011, at her home.

She was a homemaker and a member of Free Union General Baptist Church in Dixon.

She was preceded in death by one son, Lloyd Wesley McKinley.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years, William "Bill Ed"; three daughters, Diane Puckett, Sherry Parrish and Pam McKinley, all of Dixon; two sons, Eddie McKinley of Providence and David McKinley of Sebree; one sister, Ida Mae Stone of Clay; two brothers, Donald Yates of Nebo and Ira Wesley Yates Jr. of Frankfort; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Townsend Funeral Home in Dixon.

The Rev. Homer Main will officiate. Burial will be in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Clay.

Friends may call after 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
