Agnes Springfield, 75, of Madisonville, KY

MADISONVILLE, KY - Agnes Springfield, 75, of Madisonville, KY passed away at 6:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at her home.

She was born on October 12, 1936 in Nebo, KY to the late George and Effie Springfield. She was formerly employed with World Finance as a custodian. She was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Madisonville.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Irene Nesmith and Christine Clark; two brothers, James Springfield and Alfred Springfield.

She is survived by her sister, Virginia (Lawrence) Taylor of Providence, KY; her brother, William (Carolyn) Springfield of Hayward, WI; two nieces, Sara Gibson of Manitou, KY and Sandra Titsworth of Madisonville; several nieces and nephews and; several great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, December 30, 2011 in the chapel of Harris Funeral Home in Madisonville with Chaplain Richard Norris officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery near Marion, KY.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour Friday at Harris Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Ron Taylor, Edward Martin, Bo Boles, Johnathan Brothers, Tony Pettus, Danny Gustke. Honorary pallbearer will be Daniel Brothers.
