TracyBeatty 339x340OHIO COUNTY, Ky. (11/14/17) — Ohio County Sheriff's Office released the following reports.

Charles Kevin Crowder of Rosine was charged Nov. 4 with third-degree unlawful transaction with minor.

Stevens G. Samuels of Hartford was charged Nov. 13 with second-degree disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication in a public place - first and second offense.

Jeremy L. Utley of Providence was charged Nov. 10 with first-degree trafficking in controlled substance - first offense (methamphetamine), possession controlled substance - first offense (methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia - buy/possess and on a warrant for failure to appear.

Joseph M. Jones of Fordsville was charged in Nov. 10 with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) minor injury, first-degree possession controlled substance (drug unspecified) - first offense, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia - buy/possess.

Kristin M. Lindsey of McHenry was charged Nov. 13 with first-degree possession controlled substance - first offense (drug unspecified), drug paraphernalia - buy/possess, second-degree possession controlled substance (barbituate), third-degree possession controlled substance (drug unspecified), theft by unlawful taking or disposition/all others less than $500, second-degree disorderly conduct, public intoxication - controlled substance (excludes alcohol), first-degree jumping bail and on a warrant for contempt of court, libel/slander resistance to order.

Michael E. Mayfield of Owensboro was charged Nov. 1 with operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, first-degree possession controlled substance - first offense (methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia and Nov. 6 with execution of bench warrant for failure to appear.

Crystal G. Carrico of Philpot was charged Nov. 11 with theft by unlawful taking or disposing all others $500 or more but less than $10,000, execution of bench warrant for shoplifting and on a warrant for carrying concealed weapon.

Crystal G. Warfield of Philpot was charged Nov. 10 on a warrants for theft  by unlawful taking or disposition/shoplifting less than $500, carrying a concealed weapon and non-payment of fines.

Kenneth R. Durbin of Owensboro was charged Nov. 1 with theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting less than $500 and Nov. 9 on a warrant for failure to appear.

Michael L. Fletcher of Hartford was charged Oct. 27 with theft by unlawful taking – disposition/firearms and theft by unlawful taking shoplifting less than $500.
