TracyBeatty 339x340OHIO COUNTY, Ky. (11/21/17) — The Ohio County Sheriff's Office recently released the following reports.

Alan D. Southard of McHenry was charged Nov. 15 with seven counts of theft by deception less than $500 – and on a warrant for non-payment of fines.

Jesse R. Baker of Beaver Dam, was charged Nov. 14 on a warrants for first-degree possession of a controlled substance - first offense (drug specified), tampering with physical evidence, drug paraphernalia - buy/possession, possession of marijuana and first-degree promoting of contraband.

Sharon Matthews of Cromwell was charged Nov. 14 with theft by deception - including cold checks less than $500.

George S. Clapp, no address listed, was charged Nov. 14 with trafficking in controlled substance - first offense, first-degree possession controlled substance - second offense (methamphetamine), possession of handgun by convicted felon and drug paraphernalia - buy/possession.

Kristen A. Evans of Fordsville was charged Nov. 16 with engaging in organized crime, tampering with physical evidence, drug paraphernalia - buy/possess, first-degree traffic in controlled substance - first offense and probation violation (for felony offense).

Anne Crissinger of Utica was charged Nov. 16 with first-degree possession controlled substance - first offense (methamphetamine), drug paraphernalia - buy/possess, possession of marijuana and cultivation of marijuana - five plants - first offense.

Adam C. Lykins of Leitchfield was charged Nov. 18 with violation of Kentucky EPO/DVO.

Kenneth R. Rodgers Sr. of Fordsville was charged Nov. 20 for operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs - first offense, first-degree wanton endangerment, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia - buy/possess and prescription controlled substance not in proper container - first offense.
