TracyBeatty 339x340OHIO COUNTY, Ky. (11/28/17) — Ohio County Sheriff's Office released the following reports.

William D. Huff of Whitesville was charged Nov. 22 with operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs.

Desiree N. Miles of Owensboro was charged Nov. 27 with first-degree trafficking in controlled substance - first offense, drug paraphernalia - buy/possession, operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of marijuana and operating vehicle with expired operator’s license.

Samuel T. Hurt of Reynolds Station was charged Nov. 21 with possession of firearm by convicted felon, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia - buy/possession.

Nate P. Midkiff of Owensboro was charged Nov. 21 with first-degree possession of controlled substance - first offense and drug paraphernalia - buy/possession.

Ronald Philpot of Beaver Dam was charged Nov. 24 with first-degree possession of controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

Stephen S. Myers of Olaton was charged Nov. 23 with alcohol intoxication in a public place - first and second offenses and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Johnnie R. Hayes of Caneyville was charged Nov. 25 with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) no visible injury and second-degree disorderly conduct.

Wanda Ferguson of Rosine was charged Nov. 25 with fourth-degree assault (domestic violence) minor injury and second-degree disorderly conduct.

William D. Huff of Utica was charged Nov. 22 with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia – buy/possess and operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs.

Franklin Powell of Utica was charged Nov. 22 with theft by deception - including cold checks under $500.

William R. Tyson of Olaton was charged Nov. 27 with failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance.

Stoy Bratcher of Fordsville was charged Nov. 21 with first-degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), first-degree fleeing or evading police (on foot), first-degree wanton endangerment - police officer, possession of open alcohol beverage contained in motor vehicle, license to be in possession, reckless driving, operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs, resisting arrest, speeding 26 MPH over limit, improper turning, disregarding traffic control device  - traffic light and failure to appear.

Carla J. Detalenta of Beaver Dam was charged Nov. 24 with possession of controlled substance and first-degree drug paraphernalia.

Roy Philpot of Beaver Dam was charged Nov. 24 with second-degree assault - domestic violence.
