FRANKFORT, KY (2/7/12)—Breaking News: Kentucky State Representative Ben Waide has just informed SurfKY News that a decision has been reached in regard to plans for redistricting.

As Representative Waide informs us, both the House and Senate redistricting plans have been ruled “unconstitutional.” The judge involved has ordered that new plans be submitted by Friday, February 10th.

More information will be released as the judge’s opinion on the matter becomes available.
