PADUCAH, KY - Sue Spears, age 70 of Paducah, passed away at 4:21 am on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Western Baptist Hospital in Paducah.

Mrs. Spears was of the Baptist faith and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her loving husband, Leon Spears of Paducah; children, Pam Jones of Lowes, Shelia Morris of Melber, Kim Jones of Paducah, David Spears of Paducah; brothers, Ronnie Thompson of Lone Oak, David Thompson of Gallatin, TN; twelve grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Boyd and Elna Mignon (Simmons) Thompson; and one granddaughter.

Graveside services for Sue Spears will be held at 11:30 am on Sunday, February 19, 2012 at Mt. Kenton Cemetery in Paducah. Visitation will be held after 5:00 pm on Saturday at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner and Orr Funeral Home.
