All 'A' Classic Set to Tip off in Frankfort

FRANKFORT, Ky. (1/27/15) — High school basketball teams from around the state are poised to compete in the Touchstone Energy All "A" Classic. The girls' small-school statewide tournament will tip off in the Frankfort Convention Center Wednesday morning. Boys' teams will take the floor for opening round games Thursday. Defending girls' champion Glasgow won't be back to vie for a second straight state title. Clinton County knocked off Glasgow in the Fourth Region All "A" Classic last week. On the boys' side, two-time defending champion Newport Central is set to vie for its third consecutive statewide title.
