cornhole cars2

BENTON, Ky. (4/23/13) – BMS Student Government put on a very successful cornhole tournament on April 20th.

Teams traveled from near and far to participate in the tournament. Whenever the smoke cleared, there was one clear winner, the actual charity.

Money raised benefitted Carson Chapman, a 7th grade student at Calloway County Middle School. Carson has been diagnosed with a childhood form of cancer known as leukemia. SGA worked very hard to put the tournament that consisted of seventy-one teams.

At the end of the day, the charity raised about $2,700.
