cadiz police arrest6 300CADIZ, Ky. (9/10/13) – The following is your update on Law Enforcement activity courtesy of the Cadiz Police Department.
 
Officer Randy Clark received a report of an intoxicated juvenile on the campus of Trigg County High School prior to the start of the KME/David Sadler Bowl on September 7 at 6:25 PM. The 15-year-old male juvenile from Cadiz was under the influence of alcohol next to the Adult Education Center on Main Street. The juvenile was taken to Trigg County Hospital for observation and later released to the custody of a parent. He was charged with Alcohol Intoxication, with the charges to be handled through the Court Designated Worker's Office.
 
Christopher M. Williams, 25, of Cadiz, was arrested on September 6, 2013, by Officer Randy Clark and charged with Reckless Driving; Fleeing/Evading Police - 2nd Degree; and Operating on a Suspended License. Officer Clark observed Williams "pop a wheelie" on his motorcycle on Jefferson Street around 3:22 PM. Officer Clark pulled out behind Williams and activated his emergency equipment but lost sight of the motorcycle due to his high rate of speed. Williams was located less than 1/8 mile later, having wrecked while attempting to turn into a driveway on Jefferson Street. An investigation determined that Williams' license was suspended for exceeding the moving violation point system.
 
Valerie K. Ennis, 54, of Cadiz, was arrested on September 6 by Major Duncan Wiggins following a traffic stop and served a Lyon County arrest warrant for failing to appear in Lyon County District Court.
 
Michael J. Robison, 31, of Cadiz, was arrested on September 4 by Sgt. Scott Brown and served a Trigg County District Court arrest warrant for failing to pay $243 in court fines.
 
Christopher D. Pulliam, 37, of Henderson, KY, was arrested on September 4 by Officer Andrew Sanderson. Pulliam was stopped for a traffic violation and a roadside investigation determined that Pulliam had an active warrant from Henderson County for failing to appear in court.
 
Keith Bingham, 27, of Cadiz was arrested on September 2 at 9:53 PM after a complaint was called in to police that Bingham was acting disorderly on Martindale Street. Officer Roger Knight charged Bingham with Alcohol Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct - 2nd Degree. In addition, Bingham was served a Trigg County District Court arrest warrant charging him with failing to pay $143 in court fines.
 
James O. Jones, 29, of Cadiz, was arrested on September 2 by Sgt. Scott Brown following a traffic stop and served four Trigg County arrest warrants. Two of the warrants stem from Jones being over $7,000 in arrears of child support payments. Another of the warrants was for theft under $500 and the fourth warrant was for theft by deception under $500. In both cases, the subject agreed to perform labor for two different victims and failed to either start or complete the work in May and June of this year.
 
John J. Jones, 31, of Cadiz, was arrested on September 3 by Sgt. Scott Brown at Barkley Manor Apartments served with two Trigg County District Court arrest warrants. One warrant charged him with failing to appear in court on August 6, 2013. The other warrant charged him with Contempt of Court for failing to comply with court ordered child support. As of May 31, 2013, the subject was $15,512 in arrears of child support. John Jones and James Jones are brothers. The Cadiz Police Department has served over a dozen warrants in 2013 dealing with failing to pay child support and will continue to work with the Trigg County Attorney's Office to locate and arrest any parent who has active warrants for child support non-compliance.
 
Travis A. Malatt, 28, of Cadiz, was arrested August 30 at 1400 hours by Officer Randy Clark and served a Trigg County District Court arrest warrant for failing to pay $268 in court fines.
