Armstrong Coal Chamber After 5 Well Attended

MADISONVILLE, Ky. (9/12/13) – A large crowd gathered for the Armstrong Energy Chamber After 5 Tuesday, Sept. 10 at Armstrong's main office on Brown Road in Madisonville.

Armstrong Energy was formed in 2006 by its management and Yorktown Partners LLC to develop reserves in the Illinois Basin. Armstrong controls more than 300 million tons of western Kentucky coal reserves.

Armstrong operates three underground and four surface mines selling its coal by barge, rail and truck to utilities.
