HENDERSON, KY - Shelly Raye (Hathaway) Parham, 36 of Newburgh, IN, passed away on Jan. 10 at her home.

She was born on March 3, 1975 in Henderson to Emmett and Tommie Hathaway and had attended schools in Tennessee and Madisonville.

She was employed as a security guard in Evansville and enjoyed reading and taking care of her family.

She is survived by a son Jared C. Parham and a daughter Patience Michelle Parham, her mother and step father Tommie and Zelma Harris of Union City TN, her father

Emmett Hathaway of Union City TN. Three brothers, Emmett Hathaway II of Louisville, Bryant Broady of Providence and Emmett Hathaway III of Union City, TN. Two sisters Tara Bea and Emily Hathaway both of Memphis.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan 14 at 2 PM at Jones & Erdman in Providence with Elder Greg Hathaway officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery in Hopkins County. Visitation is on Saturday from 11 AM to service time at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family for a trust fund for her children.
