Muhlenberg County Stallions logoGREENVILLE, Ky. (7/11/19) — Muhlenberg County dominated on Wednesday, leveling visiting Franklin County 17-3 in seven innings in an Ohio Valley League game.

Allen Howe earned the pitching win for the Stallions. Howe pitched seven innings, allowing three runs on three hits while striking out five and walking one.

Kyle Nunn suffered the pitching loss for the Duelers. Nunn pitched two innings, allowing five hits and six runs while striking out two.

Muhlenberg County outhit Franklin 15-3. Both Tucker Jordan and Jackson Little homered for the Stallions. Jordan, Jake Edwards, Anthony Hennings, Reece Puckett, Luke Kuester and Adrian Minjares each collected multiple hits for the Stallions. Edwards went 3-for-3 at the plate and drove in five runs to lead Muhlenberg County to the victory. 

Tim Blankenberger drove in two of Franklin's three runs in the lopsided loss.
