McLean CountyCALHOUN, Ky. (2/8/19) — Jacob Clark scored a team-high 25 points as host McLean County beat 3rd Region rival Butler County 72-63 for its fourth straight win on Thursday night.

With the win, McLean County improved to 10-12.

Butler County dropped to 13-10 with the loss.

Logan Patterson accompanied Clark in double figures in scoring for the Cougars, posting 15 points. Narrowly missing double figures for McLean County, Hunter Patrick, AJ Cline and Brady Dame chipped in nine points apiece.

McLean County took a lead out of each quarter. The Cougars led 27-25 at halftime and outscored Butler County 26-22 in the third period.

Jaden Hurt paced Butler County with a game-high 26 points. Joining Hurt in double figures for the Bears, Parker Rice added 14 points.
