Hopkins County Central StormMADISONVILLE, Ky. (2/11/20) — Hopkins County Central fell short in the end as visiting Caldwell County held on to win 66-57 in a 7th District boys' basketball game on Monday night.

With the loss, Hopkins County Central dropped to 7-17 overall and 1-5 in the 7th District.

Caldwell County improved to 10-14 overall and 3-2 in the district with the win.

The Storm led 29-28 at halftime but faltered after the break.

JaMarius Blaine led Caldwell County with 17 points. Joining Blaine in double figures or the Tigers, Cayden Fraliex added 13 points and Adarius Riley contributed 12 points.

John Miller led Hopkins County Central with a game-high 20 points. Accompanying Miller in double figures for the Storm, Sam Almon and Marcus Eaves added 12 points apiece.
