Owensboro Red DevilsOWENSBORO, Ky. (4/13/19) — Owensboro made itself at home on the road on Friday, blanking host Daviess County 15-0 in four innings in a 9th District baseball game at Panther Field.

Isaac Humphrey threw a four-inning perfect game for the Red Devils. Humphrey, who faced only 12 batters, recorded nine strikeouts.

With the win, Owensboro improved to 8-5 overall and 1-0 in the 9th District.

Daviess County slipped to 5-7 overall and 0-1 in the district with the loss.

Braxton French homered and drove in four runs for the Red Devils during the district baseball clash. Three batters — Tucker Hagan, Trace Grenier and Nick Belcher — provided two hits apiece in Owensboro's victory.
