Owensboro RiverDawgsFULTON, Ky. (7/12/19) — Pulling off a sweep, Owensboro rolled past host Fulton 15-7 in the nightcap of an Ohio Valley League doubleheader at Lohaus Field on Thursday.

Cameron Harvey earned the pitching win for the RiverDawgs. Harvey surrendered two runs on four hits over four innings, striking out four.

In all, five different Owensboro pitchers put in work on the mound. Caleb Schreiner, Bo Robison and Caleb Dubois each pitched in relief roles for the RiverDawgs.

Tyler Bell absorbed the pitching loss for the Railroaders. Bell surrendered three runs on one hit over one-third of an inning, walking one.

Drew Kirby started the game on the mound for the Railroaders. Kirby surrendered six runs on seven hits over four innings, striking out eight.

Owensboro edged Fulton 10-9 in the hits column. Michael Wymann, Jacob White and Josh Bennett each managed multiple hits for the RiverDawgs. Bennett and Kyle Hogwood each homered for Owensboro in the convincing victory.

Nathan Bynum went 3-for-4 at the plate to lead Fulton in the hits column.

Defensively, each team committed two errors.
