960069 veteran6vet ffffffFRANKLIN, TN., — James Quave Berthelot, 87, of Franklin, TN passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018 at his home.  James was born in Maurepas, Louisiana. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War, then went on to receive a Masters of Religious Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He was an ordained minister and retired from LifeWay where he was a Lead Adult Sunday School Consultant. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Nashville. James enjoyed cooking Cajun recipes, woodworking, and was an avid gardener.

Graveside services with full military honors will be at East End Cemetery, Main Street in Cadiz, KY at 3pm Wednesday, April 11, 2018 with Dr. James McLemore officiating. 

A Celebration of Life service will be held at First Baptist Church, 108 7th Avenue South in Nashville, at 11am Thursday, April 12, 2018 with Dr. Frank Lewis officiating, and family to receive friends beginning at 10am the Funeral Home located at 138 Main Street in Cadiz.
