Howard was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. 

 He was a previous Police Officer for Hopkinsville Police Department, previous city Councilman, and previous security guard at Job Corp. Howard was a Christian County Magistrate. 

Visitation will be at Allen Grove Baptist Church Friday, May 18, 2018 11am - 1pm 2170 Dawson Springs Road Hopkinsville, KY 42240

Funeral Service will be at Allen Grove Baptist Church Friday, May 18, 2018 1pm 2170 Dawson Springs Road Hopkinsville, KY 42240

Interment will be at Green Hill Memorial Gardens
