wooded pathCADIZ, KY., — Carolyn Faye Hale, 69, of Mt. Carmel Hawkins Rd., passed away at 1pm Friday, December 29, 2017, at Trigg County Hospital of Natural Causes. 

Services will be at 2pm Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at the Funeral Home with Junior Heltsley officiating. Burial will follow in Bainbridge Grove Cemetery.

Visitaion will be from 12noon until the service time on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Carmel Methodist Church.
