ksp news 300MANNINGTON, Ky. (12/20/17) — Kentucky State Police Post 2 reported a drug arrest involving a Crofton man this week.

According to the report, KSP received information that a possible stolen vehicle was at Robert Huggins residence.

After investigating, KSP Trooper Jacob Stephens reported finding Huggins to be in possession of substances believed to be marijuana and methamphetamine.

Huggins was charged Monday with receiving stolen property, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Huggins was not listed as an inmate at Christian County Jail this evening.

Troopers Daniel Holland, Hunter Carroll and Christian County Sheriff’s Office assisted.
