CHRISTIAN COUNTY, Ky. (8/28/19) — A contractor for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet plans milling and paving along a section of U.S. 41/Pembroke Road in southeastern Christian County starting today.
This work zone for milling and paving runs along U.S. 41/Pembroke Road, from the Christian-Todd County line at mile point 0.0 extending northwest through Pembroke to mile point 3.67, just north of the Westbrooke Circle intersection, KYTC Spokesman Keith Todd reported.
Milling started this morning with asphalt paving expected to follow in the next few days as weather allows.
Rogers Group, Inc, is the prime contractor on this $386,589 highway improvement project. The work is expected to take two to three weeks to complete, weather permitting.
