muhl mustangs1 300ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (12/30/17) — Raegan Blackburn scored a game-high 24 points to pace Muhlenberg County in a convincing 61-33 victory over Keswick Christian (Fla.) in the Keswick Suncoast Classic on Friday.

With the win, Muhlenberg County improved to 10-4.

The Lady Mustangs took control early, outscoring Keswick Christian 21-14 in the first quarter.

Muhlenberg County led 35-16 at halftime and ended the game by outscoring its Florida opponent 11-6 in the fourth quarter.

Erica Cary chipped in nine points and Destin Armour added eight points for the Lady Mustangs in the win.

Jakara Akins paced Keswick Christian with 12 points. Akins was the only Keswick Christian player to reach double figures in the scoring column.

Muhlenberg County notched its fifth straight win.
